Previously Chef Proprietor of the award winning Kilcamb Lodge in the Scottish Highlands for ten years, Peter received awards including the Good Hotel Guide’s ‘Hotel of the Year’. Peter has also worked in several Michelin starred restaurants in the UK & USA.
