The next Slow Food Tauranga event will be a ‘Cheese & Wine’ evening…with a difference! Join us on Friday 14 May at 5.30pm at the Deli and learn about cheese-making from Chef Peter Blakeway and local cheese-maker Jill Whalley of Mt Eliza cheeses. Bring along some home-made crackers or bread to sample with the cheeses –we will also have relishes produced at the recent Relish Making Workshop.
