Pasta Making Demonstration

Join us on Saturday 23^rd January 2010 for a Pasta Making Demonstration at the home of Paola & Francesco: Manaia Orchards, 810 Oropi Road, RD 3 Tauranga, Tel: 543 1524.  (Right hand side of Oropi Rd, turn into the sealed drive and follow it for about 800 metres turning into orchard through the shelter. Call if you can't find the house.)  Bring your picnic lunch to be shared around, plus any drinks you might want.  RSVP by Saturday 16^th January.

Relish Workshop

A repeat of previous hugely successful Relish-Making Workshops, to be held on Sunday 7^th March 2010, led by Cuisine Concepts Chef James Broad, at 9.00am at the home of Della Woods at 50 Oikimoke Road, Te Puna (just off Te Puna Road).

The cost will be $20 per person and you will need to bring your own produce, a chopping board, a tea towel and a shared lunch.  James will provide sugar, vinegar and spices and will also organise vac-sealing of the relishes to prolong shelf life.  We need definite numbers, plus an indication of the produce you will be bringing so that we can organise recipes etc, by Saturday 27 February.
