ENTREES II Thursday 28 May, 5.30 to 8.00pm $50.00 This course will include a stunning selection of easy yet stunning hot entrées and salads for the winter months.
BREAD-MAKING II Saturday 6 June, 9.00 to 11.30am & Thursday 11 June, 5.30 to 8.00pm $50.00 Our second breadmaking course, more advanced than the first, unlocks the secrets of making ciabatta from a ‘biga’ starter, as well as a sourdough from a ‘pane acido’starter.
COFFEE BARISTA TRAINING Saturday 13 June, 10.00 to 11.30am & Monday 13 July, 5.30 to 7.00pm $30.00 Learn how to store and grind your beans, as well as how to froth milk and make the perfect cup of coffee. Only 6 per class for a more ‘hands-on’ approach.

COOKING FOR KIDS II (AGE 10 TO 14) Thursday 9 July, 10.00 to 11.30am $30.00 During this session we will be making fresh pasta with a couple of different sauces and our famous chocolate and raspberry brownies. Only 6 per class.
COOKING FOR KIDS III Wednesday 15 July, 10.00 to 11.30am $30.00 Learn safe knife skills, how to make savoury crepes with an easy yummy sauce and classic crème brulée. Only 6 children per class.
COOKING FOR KIDS IV Thursday 16 July, 10.00 to 11.30am $30.00 A brand new class for kids! Learn how to produce a 3 course meal for your family, including Roasted Peppers, Steak with Polenta Croûtes & Lemon Posset.
LOVE FOOD, HATE WASTE? Sat 25 July, 9.00 to 11.30am $50.00 Learn how to plan weekly meals like a chef, cooking foods once and using them in two or three different ways, saving time, money and reducing our carbon footprint.
CHEESE-MAKING Mon 3 August, 5.30 to 8.00pm & Sat 8 August, 9.00 to 11.30am $50.00 Another new class, where we discover the basics of making ricotta and a variety of soft cheese, as well as a waxed cheddar. We also include a couple of recipes with cheese.
A TASTE OF CHINA Thursday 13 August, 5.30 to 8.00pm $50.00 The essence of Chinese cookery, including tips for stir-frying perfect meat, poultry, fish and vegetables, as well as several easy sauces.
FLAVOURS OF NORTH AFRICA & THE MIDDLE EAST Saturday 22 August, 9.00 to 11.00am $50.00 A wonderfully evocative demonstration, focusing on the variety of cooking techniques, ingredients and spices particular to this region of the world.
COOKING METHODS II – BRAISING, STEWING & POACHING Thursday 27 August, 5.30 to 8.00pm $50.00 Create comforting dishes in advance that are a complete meal in one, using traditionally cheaper, less tender cuts of meat, as well as one pot accompaniments and desserts.
